Instructions
  1. Remove stones and cut up 2 of the yellow peaches into chunks. I like to leave the skin on because it gives the resulting lemonade a beautiful pink hue. Also, chop up the lemon into chunks. When done, add the peach and lemon chunks into a clean jar. Sprinkle in the lavender
  2. In a small pot, add the water and sugar. Boil at low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add in honey into syrup and stir until honey is dissolved into liquid.
  3. Pour the sugar and honey syrup over the peach and lemon mix. Allow the syrup to cool before covering.
  4. Store in a fridge overnight for at least 10-12 hours before drinking. Peach Lavender Lemonade can be 2 days before use.
  5. When ready to drink, add in 2 ounces of Peach Lavender Lemonade cordial into a cup. Add in sparkling water preferably. Still water would work as well but the fizzy of the sparkling water enhances this lemonade. Decorate top with fresh slices of remaining yellow peach.
